Insurance Repair after Cyclone Gabrielle
Following the devastating Cyclone Gabrielle extreme weather event, Vancase has been managing a range of insurance building repair work in Auckland. This includes repair of water / flood damage and wind damage to a range of commercial and residential properties, restoring them to their pre-Cyclone state.

Some clients want to remove the stress of dealing with multiple suppliers on a project. Vancase has been working as building project managers from the concept stage to design and build to handing over the keys at the end of the project. Our skilled team is managing the process throughout the project, so that our clients only have to deal with us as one contact rather than tyring to coordinate their whole project which can cause stress and time delays.

Commercial Office Modernisation
Wanting to modernise their office and create a new layout, Vancase has been working with a commercial client on a full office modernisation project. Our work includes creating an open plan concept office, redesigning and reworking the space so that it's fit for purpose, and modernising the space for todays needs in terms of both finishes and technology infrastructure.
